Our physicians in the Eisenhower office are Dr. Joenie Almeida, Dr. Felicia Carr, Dr. Francisco Fantauzzi-Nazario, Dr. Frederick Harold and Dr. Lorraine McRae. The Eisenhower practice is a certified Patient-Centered Medical Home, which is a model of primary care that combines teamwork and information technology to improve care, improve patients' experience of care and reduce costs.
